The terms that apply when you use the Pynek website, contact us through it, or engage us for services, products or trainings.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at pynek.com (the “Website”), operated by Pynek Technologies Private Limited (“Pynek”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing, browsing or submitting information through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
If you submit an enquiry through our contact form, you are additionally confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms, as indicated by the acceptance checkbox on that form.
Pynek Technologies Private Limited is a company incorporated in India, providing cybersecurity, digital forensics and data recovery services, supplying security products through distribution alliances, and delivering professional training programs.
You may use the Website for lawful purposes, to learn about our services, products and trainings, and to contact us. You agree that you will not:
We may suspend, withdraw or restrict availability of all or part of the Website for business or operational reasons, without notice.
All content on the Website — including text, page layout, graphics, icons, and the Pynek name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Pynek Technologies Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal reference. Any other use, including systematic copying, redistribution or use in a derivative work, requires our prior written consent.
Third-party product names, logos and trademarks shown on the Website (including those of the vendors whose products we distribute) remain the property of their respective owners. They are displayed to identify those products and do not imply any endorsement of Pynek by those owners beyond the commercial relationships we describe.
Information on the Website is provided for general information only. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or professional advice for your specific circumstances.
Any engagement for services, supply of products, or enrolment in a training program is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, purchase order or enrolment confirmation between you and Pynek. Where anything in such a document conflicts with these Terms, that document prevails for that engagement.
Service descriptions, scopes, timelines and outcomes described on the Website are indicative. Actual deliverables depend on the environment assessed, the scope agreed in writing, and the access and information you provide.
Our security testing services — including vulnerability assessment and penetration testing — are carried out only under a written scope and written authorisation from a party entitled to grant it for the systems concerned.
You are responsible for confirming that you own, or hold sufficient authority over, every system, application, network, domain or device you ask us to assess, including obtaining any consent required from hosting providers or other third parties. We may decline or halt work where authorisation is unclear, withdrawn, or exceeded.
Testing carries inherent risk. Although we work to reduce it, activity against live systems can cause performance degradation or service interruption. Backup and rollback arrangements remain your responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Reports, findings and evidence we provide are confidential, prepared for you, and reflect the environment as it stood during the assessment window. They are not a guarantee that no other weakness exists, and they should not be treated as a certification of security.
Products listed on the Website are supplied by third-party vendors. Where we supply, deploy or support such a product, your use of it is additionally governed by that vendor’s licence terms, subscription terms, and support and warranty policies.
Product availability, specifications, features and pricing are set by the vendor and may change without notice. Warranties, service levels and support commitments for a product are those provided by its vendor, except where we expressly agree separate commitments in writing.
Enrolment in a training program is subject to availability, batch scheduling, and any prerequisites we specify. Fees, payment terms, deferral and cancellation terms are set out at the time of enrolment.
On successful completion and assessment, we issue a certificate of completion from Pynek Technologies Private Limited. Such a certificate records participation and assessment in our program. It is not an industry certification and is not issued by, accredited by, or affiliated with any external certification body.
Where we describe a curriculum as aligned to an external syllabus, this indicates the subject matter our program covers. It does not mean the program is accredited by, endorsed by, or an official course of the body that owns that syllabus, and it does not include any external examination or certification fee unless expressly stated.
Training material is provided for your personal learning. It may not be recorded, redistributed, resold or used to deliver training to others without our written consent. Techniques taught are for use only on systems you own or are authorised in writing to test.
When you submit our contact form or subscribe to our newsletter, you provide personal data that we process in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.
By submitting an enquiry you consent to us contacting you about that enquiry. Newsletter subscription is optional, and every newsletter includes a means to unsubscribe. You may also withdraw consent at any time by e-mailing contact@pynek.com.
Please do not send confidential technical detail, credentials, evidence files or sensitive personal data through the Website forms. If a matter is sensitive or urgent, contact us by telephone so we can agree a secure channel.
The Website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage, and Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from automated abuse. Your use of these features is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
The Website may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses, or that content is complete, accurate or current.
Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, regulatory, compliance or professional advice. You should not act on it without obtaining advice appropriate to your circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, or loss or corruption of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website.
Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the limitation of liability agreed in the written agreement for that engagement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pynek Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees and contractors against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your provision of information you were not entitled to provide.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the “last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Website are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution mechanism agreed in a separate written agreement between you and Pynek.
